I was in a hurry last time and I could not post those pictures. So here they come, "a little late" grunts the warlord, but they were on time for the game at least.
With so much beard hairs stuffing his mouth, this warlord really needs someone to blow his orders away. |
In fact those Dvergars Huscarls performed well, as they managed to chop down John's Ulfhednar (see them here http://fuentesdeonoro.blogspot.ca/2012/08/more-saga.html), in the first turn of our first game of Saga. They were a little helped by the arrowing of the Dvergars Geburs on the Ulfhednar in the first place (Did you read about the pointy arrows ?), yet no one survived this bloody first action. But this caught us directly in the brutality of the game, and I must say John and I were conquered.
The Dvergars Huscarls. As they lived, they died. |
We managed to play three games in an afternoon, and we already plan to meet again in a month. Until then, I must be able to work on descent bases for the warband and build up more terrain features.
Isn't it the same picture as above ? Well... there is a slight adjustment in angle... |
I would also like to add a banner and raise high the heraldry of my warlord's ancestors. I am already on something... We shall see if it is good enough to be share...
and beautiful looking figures indeed Nicolas. Looking forward to seeing some of those action shots.

I am not really convinced by the quality of the photographs so far, even after a slight work with photoshop, but I might come to post 4 or 5, maybe next saturday.

ReplyDeleteGreat minis, and great paint jobs!
Hi Derek,
ReplyDeleteNice to have you here.
John thinks we have the basis to start a club. He might be a little optimistic, but one thing is for sure, you are welcome anytime to join a game .
See you around.
If rolex replica this is all confusing, then you aren’t alone. Understanding the layers of special features Rolex replica and iterative improvements in this watch is like mastering a fake rolex uk tongue-twister. Suffice it to say that the 9020 movement separates the system for telling the time and the fake watches uk 30-minute chronograph in two — each with its own regulation systems (though I believe they both feed off of fake Breitling the same mainspring barrel with a total power reserve of 50 hours). The system to indicate the time operates at 5Hz (36,000 bph making it an El fake Breitling Primero), and the chronograph’s regulation system operates at 50Hz (360,000 bph). Again, both of the regulation fake Omega systems are also tourbillons (where the entire assembly rotates on its own axis fake Omega when in operation).
