This fierce Horseman is from Plastic Miniature, a russian manufacturer which produces mainly plastic toys for kids, barely usable for wargames, but have miraculously 28 mm figures of this standard in between . This one is actually inspired by a canvas from Vasnetsov, The Bogatyr, same painter as my background picture.
